3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
